FRIDAY-SATURDAY YOUTH GROUP SPECIAL!
Order online on Friday, August 8th for the Framingham, MA event and we will hold your tickets at the ticket tables. Or, if you are still trying to organize your youth or parish group to attend the event, and need to order at the door with a group of 5 or more (not including children 12 and under) you only pay the advanced ticket price of $15.00 (a $5 savings!). So, call your teens and get your group together without penalty. We hope to see you on Saturday... sunny Saturday!

Join us THIS Saturday, August 9, 2008 at the Marist House Retreat Center, 518 Pleasant St, Framingham, MA for the 8th Annual Proud 2B Catholic Music Festival!

This year's event will also be the official event for youth for the Bicentennial Celebration of the Archdiocese of Boston, and Sean Cardinal O'Malley is scheduled as the Mass celebrant

The event will run from 1 pm to 9 pm, is open to all ages, and will include Holy Mass, Adoration, Reconciliation, Music, Keynote talks, over 10 various types of inflatable games by AllAboutFun.us, an International Food Court, Catholic products and more. For the youth and families, Holy Cross Family Ministries will once again be hosting an Interactive & Learning Tent. Be sure to visit CatholicTV's table in the exhibitor tent!

The stage lineup of Musicians will include: Tony Melendez, Martin Doman, Kelly Pease, Zealous, and Straggler's Plea, this year's winner of the NH Battle of the Bands. Click here for the complete schedule for August 9.

Speakers in the auditorium will include The Donut Man with a family concert for all ages, Didi Jeremie - an exceptional Gospel singer, Sr. Olga Yaqob with a talk titled "Amidst darkness, love and hope are the final answer", Fr. Joseph Bachand, MS with a talk titled "Dream Big; It's Jesus' Corrective to Being Small".

Sean Forrest will be making a special presentation regarding his new Haiti mission and we will be taking up a collection at Mass to help cover the shortfall of this year's event.

Tickets may be ordered online or by mail, or at the doors on August 9th.

We have reduced ticket prices to one general admission of $15.00 but children 12 and under are free with adult admission. Religious are free.

At the door prices are $5.00 more per ticket so please order before August 8 for the discounted rates unless you have a group of 5 or more buying tickets at the doors, then the price is still only $15.00.

IMPORTANT INFO:

Parking: there will be on-site parking as well as off-site parking. Please see the parking directors at the front of the Marist House for instructions on where to park.

No pets are allowed at the event.
