UA Scholars Program

Scholarships for the top 10% of graduating high school classes in Alaska.

Scholarships for specific majors

Scholarship sources for majors such as art, biology, computer science, engineering, journalism, and nursing.

Nursing Scholarship

CampusRN has $15,000 in Scholarships Available to Nursing & Allied Health Students.

The Gates Millennium Scholars

Funded by a grant from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and administered by the United Negro College Fund and partners.

Tylenol

Award 5,000 to 10,000 (totaling 250,000) to 40 students who exhibit outstanding leadership qualities and academic performance.

Walmart

3 different scholarships:

Sam Walton Community Scholarship- $3000 to HS senior with 2.5 GPA and financial need.

Walmart Dependent Scholarship - A $3,000 college scholarship available to Walmart and Sam's Club dependents of associates who are graduating seniors with at least a 2.5 cumulative GPA and a demonstrated financial need.

Walton Family Foundation Scholarship - Administered by the Walmart Foundation, the Walton Family Foundation Scholarship is a $13,000 scholarship paid out over four years. Applications must be dependents of Walmart and Sam's Club associates, have at least a 22 ACT or 1030 SAT (Critical Reading + Math) score and prove financial need.

Comcast

One-time grant of $1,000 to be used toward their pursuit of higher education.

Cumberland Farms Believe and Achieve Program

Children of full-time or part-time Cumberland Farms, Inc. employees who meet the first two eligibilities are also encouraged to apply, regardless of residence location.
